Simple pricing for surveys and free self-setup

For each 360 degree survey* you can pay individually or buy credits in advance to enjoy cost savings:

1 survey: £75

2-9 pre-paid surveys: £65 each

10-49 pre-paid surveys: £60 each

50-199 pre-paid surveys: £55 each

199+ pre-paid surveys: £50 each

 

*The price of a ‘survey’ covers any self-surveys, and an unlimited number of assessors (also known as raters).  You can set up as many different surveys as you like on your account at no charge, copy or modify our boilerplate surveys, or create your own.  Again, all for free!

No account charges if you stay ‘in credit’!

If you do your own survey set-up there is no additional cost, either using our templates or creating your own.  Your account is free and remains open so long as you have credits on it. There are no on-going costs.  We may close a ‘dormant’ account, that has no credits, but you can keep it open with your surveys and past survey data intact simply by adding another credit.

 

If you want us to do some or all of the work for you

For us to set-up your survey using one of our existing templates: £150

For us to set-up your survey using your own questions: from £350

Survey branded with your own logo (gif format required): £75  (Cost of creating a suitable logo from your artwork on request)

Other work charges on request

VAT will be added to the charges listed above.  At this time we are unable to charge net of VAT for non-UK registered businesses.
