Why use 360 degree feedback for coaching
You see the immediate impact that using a 360 degree survey can provide. Your coachee will see colleagues comments first hand, which gives them high validity and believability. You can help the coachee look for patterns from the survey data and comments and to develop an action plan.
How the coaching 360 works
1. You register for a Coach “Administrator” account and buy credits for surveys, either by credit card or we can invoice you. (See Pricing) Each credit buys one additional survey subject (your coachee) with an unlimited number of raters (assessors).
2. You set up your surveys, either copying or modifying an existing template we offer, or you can create your own survey (We offer rating-based questions and free text feedback). There is no charge for setting up or changing surveys (unless you would like us to do it for you).
3. You send a link by email to your coachee from your admin control panel to set up a new survey.
4. Your coachee registers on the virtual360survey site and invites colleagues to complete a survey about him/her.
5. You can check online when the surveys are completed, remind anyone who hasn’t yet done it, and when enough people have done so you can instantly download the survey report to your PC in the form of a Adobe Acrobat PDF. You can also choose to include or exclude any raters should you want to do separate reports to include different types of relationships.
